Studio Policies

Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment is on a subscription basis with a 2-month minimum commitment. Monthly billing occurs on the same date each month.

  • Monthly subscription: $225/month
  • 2-month minimum commitment required
  • Classes are 75 minutes in length
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • All payments are non-refundable once a term begins

Subscription & Cancellation

Subscriptions continue automatically unless cancelled before the deadline. This ensures continuity for students and allows us to maintain class schedules.

  • To cancel, submit cancellation before the 15th of the second month of your term
  • If not cancelled by the deadline, the student will automatically enroll in the next term
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through your parent dashboard or by contacting us directly
  • Once a term begins, the subscription commitment for that term cannot be cancelled
  • Refunds are not available for partial terms

Attendance & Missed Classes

Regular attendance is essential for student progress. We understand that occasional absences may occur, but consistent participation ensures the best learning experience.

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if your child cannot attend
  • Missed sessions cannot be refunded
  • Make-up sessions are not offered
  • Students who miss a class may submit a self-tape of their scene for coach feedback
  • Self-tape submissions should be sent within 7 days of the missed class
  • Excessive absences may result in removal from the class

Class Capacity

Classes are limited to 8 students maximum to ensure personalized attention and quality instruction.

  • Enrollment is first-come, first-served
  • Waitlists are available for full classes
  • You'll be notified if a spot becomes available

Studio Boundaries

To maintain clarity and professionalism, please understand:

  • We do not provide agent referrals or casting connections
  • We do not make promises about casting opportunities
  • Our focus is on skill development and growth, not industry connections
  • We are an educational studio, not a talent agency

Online Format & Technical Requirements

All classes are conducted online via Zoom. Students need appropriate technology and a suitable learning environment.

  • Reliable internet connection required
  • Device with camera and microphone (laptop, tablet, or phone)
  • Good lighting and quiet space for participation
  • Students should be dressed appropriately for on-camera work
  • Zoom links will be provided before each class

Recording & Privacy

For the safety and privacy of all students, recording policies are strictly enforced.

  • Recording of sessions by participants is strictly prohibited
  • Instructors may record sessions for educational purposes with permission
  • Recorded sessions are for internal use only and will not be shared publicly
  • All sessions are monitored by the instructor
  • Student privacy is protected at all times

Communication

We encourage open communication between parents and instructors.

  • Use the messaging system in your parent dashboard for questions or concerns
  • Instructors are focused on teaching during class time and may not be available for immediate discussion
  • We will respond to messages within 24-48 hours
  • For urgent matters, please contact us directly
  • All communication should be respectful and professional

Age Requirements

Classes are grouped by age to ensure appropriate pacing and peer connection.

  • Kids classes: Ages 8-12
  • Teen classes: Ages 13-17
  • Students must meet the age requirement at the start of the term
  • Age verification may be required

Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful, supportive environment for all students.

  • Respect for peers, coaches, and the learning process
  • Positive, encouraging participation
  • No bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior
  • Students should arrive on time and prepared for class
  • Violations may result in removal from the program
