Studio Policies

Enrollment Structure

Classes are offered in monthly enrollment cycles and organized by age group and level. Students are placed in groups that match their development and experience.

  • Kids classes: Ages 8–12
  • Teen classes: Ages 13–17
  • Level-based progression (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
  • Small group classes (up to 8 students)
  • Classes are 75 minutes

Attendance & Participation

Consistent attendance supports progress and group continuity. Please let us know if a student needs to miss class.

  • Notify us at least 24 hours before an absence when possible
  • Make-up sessions are not guaranteed
  • Students may submit a self-tape for feedback after a missed class
  • Ongoing absences may affect placement

Cancellations & Refunds

Enrollment is billed monthly. Payments are handled through Stripe and follow the schedule shown at enrollment.

  • Tuition is billed monthly
  • Refunds are not offered once a billing period begins
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle
  • Families may contact us for special circumstances

Recording Policy

We protect student privacy. Recording by participants is not allowed unless explicitly approved.

  • Parents and students may not record sessions
  • Instructors may record sessions for internal teaching use with permission
  • Recordings are not shared publicly

Code of Conduct

We keep a respectful, supportive learning environment.

  • Be kind, prepared, and on time
  • No bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior
  • Students are expected to participate with care and respect

Progression Between Levels

Advancement is based on readiness and instructor assessment. Students may repeat a level to build confidence and skill.

  • Progress is individual and may vary by student
  • Level progression is based on consistent participation and readiness

Parent-Managed Accounts

All accounts are managed by a parent or guardian. Minors do not create accounts on their own.

  • Parents handle enrollment, payments, and communication
  • Students participate under the parent's account

Online Format

Classes are held online via Zoom. Students need a stable connection and a quiet space.

  • Reliable internet, camera, and microphone
  • Good lighting and a distraction-free space
  • Zoom links are provided before class

Studio Boundaries

Our focus is skill development. We do not promise casting, representation, or outcomes.

  • No casting guarantees or employment promises
  • No agent referrals or representation commitments
